Prospect Ladder is a cloud-based tool which is used to automate specific tasks as desired by the user. The product is for personal use such as networking in LinkedIn. Prospect Ladder mimics human behaviour and the possibility of it being recognized by LinkedIn as an automation tool is minimum.

The privacy policy will explain in further details how Prospect Ladder handles its users’ data.

Prospect Ladder is an inseparable tool used for automating tasks in LinkedIn. This is why, in order to use Prospect Ladder, the users must log in with their LinkedIn accounts. Additionally, Prospect Ladder collects billing information for the collection of the Subscription fees.

Prospect Ladder uses cookies to recognize its users and their devices. The use of cookies can be managed in the website browser. If the cookies are disabled by the user, Prospect Ladder may not work as smoothly and uninterruptedly as expected.

Prospect Ladder logs usage data when a customer visits the website or use the product (Prospect Ladder). Prospect Ladder keeps track of the tasks executed by the user such as searching, setting up campaigns, viewing or clicking. The data which is collected is regarding logins, cookies, device information and IP address.

Prospect Ladder collects only the needed details of the user only for the purpose of the user’s personal account. Prospect Ladder keeps only data the user has provided and generated data from the customer’s use of Prospect Ladder. Prospect Ladder does not keep information of the user after the termination of their account. Sometimes, Prospect Ladder may keep information such as name and email, only to re-market itself to the user after the termination of their personal account. In case the user does not want to be contacted with information about Prospect Ladder after the termination, they can always choose not to be a part of Prospect Ladder's marketing campaigns by unsubscribing.

Prospect Ladder does not share personal or any information of its users with third parties no matter the context.

Prospect Ladder uses safeguards in order to protect your data such as HTTPS. Additionally, Prospect Ladder tracks the activity of its website and product to make sure that they are safeguarded and there is no breach or any kinds of attacks against it. However, Prospect Ladder cannot ensure that the information the user provide will stay secure. There is no guarantee that data may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of Prospect Ladder's technical or managerial safeguards.

❓ Why does Prospect Ladder require a password when you sync your account?

The Prospect Ladder database is by default encrypted, as you may have seen if a person logs in into more than 3 devices some are logged out. In order to log in, we need to store the password to make it a seamless experience. Only the CTO and lead developer would be able to extract the password as it is not visible to anybody else in the team.

❓ How is each LinkedIn accounts data processed, managed & handled on the back end?

In order to show/collect the information we need to cache these details, these are stored in our database. This way it is possible to filter and order on our side (frontend). For debugging purposes, our support team can check the results of sales navigator searches and replay them.

❓Can you share what steps (if any) are taken to ensure data is as secure as possible?

Our servers are protected by hardware firewalls to ensure only data will be retrieved through our API. Only limited IP’s (office and emergency) have access to the server. Our database is encrypted, so whenever somebody does have access it will be almost impossible to decrypt that data. (Almost because it will take years to decrypt)
